Enzo Cucchi

Enzo Cucchi born in Morro D’Alba (An) in 1949. Very young  he’s been part of Transavanguardia, a neoespressionistic paint current.

In 1994 he developed the iconic system of the Santa Maria degli Angeli church, on the Tamaro Mount, Lugano.

After the proposal of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, on May 2, 2012 President Giorgio Napolitano honors Enzo Cucchi the title of Commander of Merit of the Italian Republic.

He has participated at exhibitions in the most important museums and galleries all over the world.
